The Croatian Village is a collaboration of a number of Croatian organizations in Windsor: St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Church; Bl. Kardinal A. Stepinac Kolo & Tamburica; Croatia National Sport Club - Windsor; and K of C Council #11774 (Bl. Kardinal A. Stepinac). 

 

ENTERTAINMENT

Performances by folklore ensemble Bl. Kardinal A. Stepinac will take place on Sunday, June 22 featuring songs and dances from various regions of Croatia.  There will also be a live band providing music Saturday evening for dancing and listening enjoyment. 

 

MENU

Cevapcici - ground beef and pork links seasoned with various herbs and spices

Roasted pork - whole pigs roasted over a fire with the meat available for purchase served with bread and coleslaw

Pork sausages and hot dogs

Palacinke - sweet crepes filled with various jams and spreads including nutella

Various authentic Croatian homemade desserts

 

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase in the bar under the pavilion.  As well as plumb brandy and various wines and beer from Croatia.
