The Croatian Village is a collaboration of a number of Croatian organizations in Windsor: St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Church; Bl. Kardinal A. Stepinac Kolo & Tamburica; Croatia National Sport Club - Windsor; and K of C Council #11774 (Bl. Kardinal A. Stepinac).

ENTERTAINMENT
Live Music Friday and Saturday night for dancing and listening enjoyment.

Croatian Jam Session, Saturday June 13 at 4:00 pm.  Bring your voice, your tambura, accordion, gusle, diple, etc. for a big sing-along

Performances by folklore ensemble Bl. Kardinal A. Stepinac will take place on Sunday, June 14 at 2:00 pm featuring songs and dances from various regions of Croatia.

Cevapcici - Seasoned minced beef & pork grilled to perfection

Roasted Pork (Saturday only) - Spit roasted pig, served with bread and coleslaw
Fresh grilled smoked and cured Pork Sausages

Croatian-style crêpes filled with jam or chocolate hazelnut spread folded into quarters

Various authentic Croatian homemade desserts

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase in the bar under the pavilion.  As well as plumb brandy and various wines and beer from Croatia.
