Q: What are the event times?
 
Carrousel By the River:
Friday, June 8:  5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Saturday, June 9:  12:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Sunday, June 10:  12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Note:  The Children’s Village is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.  The Villages of Carrousel Around the City each have their own schedule – please consult their specific page for details.
 
Q:  Where is Carrousel held?
 
Carrousel by the River is held at Riverfront Festival Plaza (333 Riverside Drive East) in downtown Windsor across the street from the Caesar’s Windsor casino.  The addresses for the different Carrousel Villages are listed on their specific page.
 
Q: How much are tickets and where can I buy them?
 
Tickets to Carrousel by the River are only $5 a day and can be purchased at the gate.  They are also available at the Multicultural Council offices, starting in May.  Free admission to children  12 and under.  American currency can be used.  There is no admission cost to any of the villages of Carrousel Around the City.
 
Q: Is there a group discount available?
 
If you have a group of 20 or more individuals, please contact the MCC to arrange a group discount:  519-255-1127.
 
Q: Can I smoke at the festival?
 
Smoking is permitted in designated areas.  There is no smoking allowed in the Children’s Village or under any of the tents.
 
Q:  Can I bring my bike/e-bike/skateboard?
 
No, these are not permitted past the festival gates.
 
Q:  Where can I park?
 
There is limited public parking available at Riverfront Plaza.  You are encouraged to park downtown or use public transportation.  There is handicap accessible parking available at the site.
 
Q: Is there alcohol available at the event?
 
Yes, Carrousel by the River features a full bar and most of the Carrousel villages sell alcoholic beverages.  You must be at least 19 years of age and produce valid picture id to purchase and consume alcohol.
 
Q: Can I bring my own snacks into the festival?
 
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted past the gates.  We have a wide range of food vendors to visit and most items are under $6.
